As always I enjoyed excellent service. I would recommend the Boots Holborn opticians to anyone. I am made to feel at ease and welcome. I feel that I am in good hands whenever I visit. I look forward to collecting my new glasses later this month.

Eye exam from Ayesha with Charlotte Wade advising on a potential issue which had gone undetected in the past. Very happy indeed with the service provided and extremely impressed at how patient and thorough Ayesha was throughout the tests.

My experience within the opticians was wonderful (as always), however I had trouble at the pharmacy when trying to collect eye drops - rather rude staff who initially refused to sell me eye drops recommended by the optometrist and spent quite some time questioning if i'd actually just been to see the optometrist. I appreciate pharmacy and opticians function separately but it all felt somewhat unnecessary.

Staff members at this store were extremely unhelpful and the manager Charlotte was very rude and disrespectful. Awful customer service received and the manager needs to be trained on how to speak to customers.
